Behavox Digital Employees are AI agents for compliance operations, focused on routine Level 1 surveillance alert review. Per Behavox's pages, three independent frontier models evaluate each alert, and all three must agree before the agent closes it autonomously; any dissent goes to a human reviewer. Each autonomous decision is recorded in a Bundle Log (video replay, machine-readable decision trace, full action history) that can be produced to regulators. The agents work alongside Behavox Quantum and third-party platforms such as NICE Actimize, Nasdaq, Splunk and Palo Alto Cortex XSIAM. They act through any browser UI without API integration and follow predefined workflows, stopping and alerting on unexpected states. On Oct 8, 2026 Behavox announced it had acquired Apiax, a Zurich-based provider of embedded compliance software that converts financial regulation into machine-readable rules.
