What it does

Check Point Email Security (its admin guide calls it 'Check Point's Email Security (Harmony Email & Collaboration)'; the product was formerly Avanan) is an API-based inline service. It scans email for Microsoft 365 and Gmail before delivery and also covers Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Slack, Google Drive and other collaboration apps, with DLP, DMARC, account takeover protection, archiving and security awareness training add-ons. The product page says it is 'powered by ThreatCloud AI and autonomous AI agents'. It also says 'AI agents autonomously investigate threats, correlate related activity into campaigns, prioritize incidents, and orchestrate remediation, reducing manual work across email security operations'. It also scans content aimed at AI assistants such as Copilot and Gemini for prompt injection. A Check Point webinar on its CheckMates community (Oct 2026) says an AI agent in the security awareness add-on creates personalised phishing simulations from real threats and automates remediation, retraining, new-hire onboarding and reporting. The administration guide (15 Oct 2026) documents inline protection, quarantine workflows, reported-phishing ingestion and an Infinity AI Copilot for analytics, but does not yet describe the agent features in detail. Treat agent scope as vendor claims and confirm in a demo. Registry: Check Point Infinity Platform for Government, which includes Harmony Email, is FedRAMP Authorized at Moderate and GovRAMP Authorized (Moderate). 'Check Point Harmony' is TX-RAMP Level 2. These are platform-level authorizations that do not mention the AI agents. Pricing is by quote.
