What it does
FluxForce sells AI agents for financial crime and compliance, organised into three squads: Threat (fraud, OSINT, payments, BNPL), Trust & Identity (KYC/AML, identity, zero trust) and Risk & Governance (STR/SAR, audit trail, model risk). Its KYC/AML agent, Rhea Ledger, screens customers and counterparties against sanctions and PEP lists, resolves look-alike names across scripts, refreshes KYC when customer facts change, rates customer risk on the institution's own factors, and drafts STR, SAR and CTR content for the MLRO to review and approve. In the low-risk bands the institution allows, it can close clear namesake matches on its own with a recorded reason. Medium-risk cases go to an analyst by default, and high-risk ones, including likely true sanctions matches, always do. Every decision is stored with its inputs, reasoning and approver in tamper-evident storage. Deployment starts with a shadow-mode trial and runs as SaaS, on-premises or hybrid (built on Microsoft Azure), beside existing core banking, screening and case systems. FluxForce lists markets including India, the UAE, the Philippines, Kenya, the US and the UK. It was founded in 2025. Pricing is not published.
