What it does

Keepnet is a human risk management platform (phishing simulation across email, voice, SMS, QR and callback, security awareness training, a phishing reporter add-in and Incident Responder). Keepnet's Incident Responder page says Keepnet runs an AI agent across the platform: in incident response the agent reviews reported emails, opens investigations and recommends what should happen next, but it does not execute those actions itself. Every recommendation goes to a human approval queue, so analysts decide what happens in mailboxes. Analysts can brief the agent in plain language instead of writing rules and schedule recurring tasks for it. Reported messages are analysed automatically and copies in other mailboxes can be removed. On the awareness side, Keepnet markets 'Agentic AI' that plans, builds and delivers training and simulations autonomously, tailored by role, risk, language and regulation. Speed and risk-reduction figures (for example 48.6x faster analysis) are vendor claims. This is a recommend-and-approve agent, weaker on autonomy than active-mode email agents.
