What it does
Legiscope (Legiscope UAB, founded by French privacy lawyer Dr. Thiébaut Devergranne) is an evidence-first GDPR operating system for DPOs, legal and IT teams. Per its own pages, its AI agents read source material, connect records, identify gaps, draft outputs and bring decisions requiring judgement to the right person: when a new vendor, application, cookie or processing activity appears, Legiscope detects the change and prepares every affected record, assessment and decision; for processors it finds each vendor's data processing addendum on the vendor's own legal pages, keeps a dated copy, checks it against all eight requirements of Article 28(3) section by section with quoted wording and a verdict, and re-reads it when the vendor changes its paper; it writes Article 30 register entries (purpose, lawful basis, retention, recipients) from a short business description and the customer's own material; it prepares review-ready DPIAs (Art. 35); for incidents it drafts facts, deadlines and notification letters (Art. 33/34); and a pasted data-subject request becomes a structured case record with the one-month deadline calculated and the relevant processing activities linked. Every output is a sourced draft or recommendation, and each decision is filed with its author, date, reasoning and evidence (Art. 5(2)). It covers GDPR and CCPA and is hosted in the EU. Published annual pricing (excl. VAT, 12-month commitment): Essentiel €1,500, Pro €2,500 (adds the 'Expert AI agents', ingestion service and DPIA), Business €4,000, Premium €6,000, Enterprise from €12,000; each plan includes a token allowance for AI work.
