Gracie AI is SureCloud's agentic layer for its GRC platform, which SureCloud calls a virtual GRC team ('not a chatbot'). In SureCloud's example vendor-onboarding flow, agents create the vendor record, run a contract-review Skill against standard terms, propose tiering, build follow-up questions for evidence and draft notices, with humans validating at key stages. Every Gracie action is logged separately from human edits. The platform covers ISO 27001, SOC 2, DORA, NIS2, GDPR, ISO 42001 and more. Productivity figures are vendor claims.
