What it does
TrustLens is TrustCloud's agentic TPRM product. It captures inherent risk from the procurement workflow and dynamically scopes each assessment by risk tier instead of sending one-size-fits-all questionnaires. A Third-Party Risk Management AI Agent analyses outside-in security ratings, inside-out control evidence and vendor-provided artifacts (with AI forensic review of every artifact) to complete assessments with deterministic, cited risk summaries; continuous monitoring tracks drift and new risks after an assessment; and a Business Impact of Risk Q&A Agent lets anyone ask about a vendor's gaps and their business impact. TrustCloud says its agents are each purpose-built for one job, cite their answers with confidence scores and require human approval before they act. Turnaround and cost-per-assessment figures on the page are aggregate vendor claims. TrustCloud's privacy policy states it is headquartered in the United States. Pricing is quote-based.
