What it does

Bakuraku (バクラク) is LayerX's back-office product line for Japanese companies. It covers invoice receipt, expense claims, invoice issuing, approval workflows, corporate cards, e-bookkeeping, receivables and spend analysis. LayerX now presents the suite as 'AIエージェントで業務を完全自動化する' (fully automating the work with AI agents) and names four core Bakuraku AI Agents. (1) 証憑取得エージェント automatically collects invoices without gaps and turns them into data. (2) 申請エージェント drafts monthly payment requests, reviews what was submitted and runs the checks at approval time. (3) 仕訳エージェント creates journal entries from past data and performs the accounting double-check. (4) 分析エージェント analyses why costs rose and proposes specific savings. Product pages also describe an approval-proxy function (承認代行) that approves expense claims against each company's internal rules, plus helpdesk and contract-management agents. Per LayerX, more than 20,000 companies use Bakuraku (vendor claim). The suite supports Japan's invoice system (インボイス制度) and the revised Electronic Bookkeeping Act.
