The agents integrate with SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, NetSuite, Outlook, Gmail, Google Sheets and SharePoint, plus external sources such as Dun & Bradstreet and EcoVadis. The vendor's FAQ says every agent operates within approval thresholds the customer defines; anything outside them is escalated to a human buyer before action is taken, and every decision is logged and replayable with rollback.
