What it does

Expenzing is a Mumbai-based source-to-pay, accounts-payable and travel-and-expense SaaS vendor built for Indian enterprises. Its FinCat suite has three parts. AI Smart Scan (vision AI) turns invoices, e-invoices and scans into posting-ready data. The Autonomous APA AI Scrutinizer then acts as a 'digital controller': it runs over 20 vendor-compliance, invoice, arithmetic and anomaly checks, gives each invoice a confidence score, passes clean invoices straight through and routes risky exceptions to a human with evidence attached. Expense claims can likewise clear automatically, while specialised Fraud Control Agents scan every receipt for fake vendor logos, doctored receipts and arithmetic inconsistencies.
