Harvey's Agents page says the agents 'execute complex legal work end to end': they split large tasks, run in parallel in the background and return cited, review-ready output, with lawyers keeping judgment. The platform also includes Vault for bulk document analysis, Contract Intelligence, Horizon Scanning for regulatory change, Intake and Legal Work Orchestration, where work is assigned across agents and team members. The privacy policy states Harvey is headquartered in the United States. Harvey's October 2026 product notes (9 Oct) added an Agents tab in the Harvey mobile app for running, scheduling and starring custom agents, agentic search across SharePoint, OneDrive and Google Drive with cited answers, a connector library with admin controls over which actions run automatically, and import of executed contracts from Ironclad.
