What it does

Numeric's Agentic Subledgers page says that when a financial record arrives, agents 'determine the right accounting treatment, build a schedule, update balances, and link the support to it'. For records in a PDF or spreadsheet, such as a lease or a sales commission plan, an agent identifies the document, builds a schedule if there isn't one and proposes the accounting treatment for your approval. Journal entries then derive automatically for fixed assets, leases, prepaids, accruals, deferred commissions, card spend, payables and equity payouts, and Numeric says this removes most manual reconciliations. The pricing page describes in-app AI (Prism) that surfaces daily agent items needing review, alongside close management, reconciliation, flux analysis and an ERP-replacement option.
